[attr="class,"bioentry"] on the outside, savannah looks like any carefree beach-loving girl. perhaps toocarefree - she hasn't gone to university, she passed high school by the skin of her teeth, and she doesn't have a regular nine-to-five job. (she owns the b&b in town but it's not something she makes a big deal about it.) she practically lives on the beach, only leaving the beach to head to the pub or the park or the club. in truth, though, this is her way of being free from her uptight family. she's not smart in the way a rocket scientist is smart - her brain struggles a little with formulas and writing and other such academic pursuits. she's got a way with colours and fabric and makeup, but she doesn't want to be like every minor celebrity / wealthy person out there looking to keep the money coming in. savannah is comfortable in her luxury, but she can be just as fine without it. instead, savannah has a little bit of a reputation for being a hippie, free-love and all that. for the most part, vannah is relatively peaceful - she believes that aggression causes wrinkles, and gods forbid a wrinkle on her pretty face. however, when pushed, she is capable of being strong-handed and willful, a trait that is strong in her family and attributed to their business ethics and wealth. [attr="class,"bioentry"] [ robert hall ] - father, property tycoon, distant, always wears expensive clothes, enjoys scotch neat, dislikes golf but pretends to enjoy it to rub shoulders with the elite, strict about the image of the family [ margaret brady-hall ] - mother, socialite with a jewellery business on the side, works from home, likes under-stated but clearly expensive jewelry, white wine drinker, despises small children, enjoys chatting and gossiping but has learned the art to be less obnoxious, believes she has a perfect family [ austin hall ] - older brother, not very close sibling, tries to keep the facade of the family too savannah comes from a picture perfect family - and that's all that was perfect about them. she had the strong but charming father, wealthy, and with a big strong laugh. when they were younger, her older brother austin used to idolise their father, even dressing to match him when they went out. robert thought it was adorable and loved it, proudly pointing out his son to his peers and discussing how austin would take the world by storm when he grew up. vannah herself was different from her mother, though, but she took the formal dresses with the bow around her waist and pigtails in her air with a sweet smile because that was what her father told her to do. and even though vannah may have distanced herself from her family now, she still understood the importance of 'the family image'. that was why vannah chose to stay in delphin bay after high school - originally just a summer home in the hills, vannah began to live full time at the small town. really she chose to live there, but her teenage years were spent in carefully deliberated rebellion so her parents would bribe her to stay away from the main family home. they bought her the b&b to 'run', but vannah usually only breezes through it to make sure it all looked neat, before heading out again.
