[attr="class,"bioentry"]Rebel with a heart of gold. Thats one way to describe Scarlett, another would be rebel without a cause, much like the name of one of her favorite James Dean movies. Scarlett has spent her whole life trying to be more than she sees herself as. She thinks of herself as purely nothing more than white trash, and therefore acts like a little party girl that challenges authority at every whim. She grew up in the Bronx, and knew the place like the back of her hand, and she was used to getting her way, but by getting herself in trouble. Her aunt, whom she lived with because her parents had abandoned her because they were sixteen when she was born, had had enough, and sent her to live with her uncle in Delphin Bay when she was sixteen and the girl had been arrested for the third time for something stupid. Between shop lifting, breaking and entering, and just being an all out terror, she had two choices, Delphin Bay or Military school. So she went to Delphin Bay and managed to actually eek through high school and even get into a semi ok college. She wanted to major in fashion design, but as she got closer to her final year grew bored with even that. She started partying even harder ,and is now in her second year as a senior in college.

[attr="class,"bioentry"]A hard life from the get go, Scarlett has endured a lot, but through it she hid her true pain. She became a rebellious little girl from the time she was old enough to start running the streets. When she was little, she wasn't such a hand full, though she always had favorite word, No. She was raised by her aunt, her mothers sister, because her mother was sixteen when she had her and therefore wasn't ready to raise a child, her sister, being twenty at the time took Scarlett in. She gave her what she could, making sure there was always food on the table and a roof over their heads, but raising a child on her own was hard for her. When Scarlett was six her aunt married, and the guy just didn't like sharing her attention with the little girl. He locked Scarlett in her room alot, and so Scarlett learned how to pick locks and climb out of windows when she was super young and should have been out playing with friends or having sleepovers. She met a bunch of kids like her on the streets and they had their own little gang of sorts, much like the kids in Oliver Twist. She learned how to pick pockets from one of the boys in the group, and though she didn't really have to do it, she continued to do it just to have the extra money which she kept under her mattress. Her aunt found everything when she was cleaning her room when Scarlett was twelve, and confronted the girl who said she was just saving up birthday money and allowances, but this was a lot more money than that should have been. Her aunt kept a wary eye on her from then, but Scarlett just moved her stash to a loose floorboard in the closet. When she was thirteen she was caught shoplifting lipstick at the local department store, again at fourteen she was caught stealing a skirt from Barney's. Then the last straw was when she was sixteen she was caught breaking and entering into a neighbors house who had left their kitten alone for a week and Scarlett could hear the poor kittens cries all night, but the police said she was trying to steal something again, though truth be told she would have stolen the kitten just to give it a better life, but as the kitten was an expensive persian, well...it was a bad scene. Her aunt could handle it no longer and sent Scarlett to Delphin Bay to live with her uncle. Scarlett graduated from there and went to college at a nearby university. She lived in the dorms there at first, but ended up getting a job where she could afford a small apartment off campus and moved there, next door to a girl named Lei. She took to partying too much in her final year, drinking, doing drugs and all out getting herself into trouble again. She comes home to Delphin Bay on the weekends to help her uncle out when she can, though little did he know she was doing it to learn the ins and outs of the town to see what she can get away with here.
